FDA to Allow Some Silicone Breast Implants (LinuxInsider.com)
American women once again will be able to get silicone breast implants, following a controversial decision announced late Friday by the federal government. Women of any age who want silicone implants for reconstruction after cancer surgery or because of abnormalities can get the devices, as well as women over 21 who want breast-enhancement procedures.
